I was giving the price for 4 rotors when only two was making noise address my walk in issue and then give me your suggestion for other future repairs. Because I’m thinking you trying to get extra money because rear rotors wasn’t making noise like front so I don’t know if it’s true or not that l needed rotors all around

My Midas experience was a very mixed bag. There were some very good things, and there were some not-so-great aspects.Pros:Staff was very friendly; location was close to my house; job price was lower than local competitors; common areas were kept clean; tv programs were available to watch while waiting; Midas offers a military & first-responders discount.Cons:Regular discount was not able to be combined with military discount; partial exhaust leak remained after work was done; shop closed at 6pm but job continued until 6:45pm.The last "con" was simultaneously somewhat of a "pro" if you look at it from the perspective that I didn't have to come back on a later day to have the job finished up - but at the same time, I did have to cancel dinner plans that night... so it was kind of a wash.

The front desk gentleman has zero customer service! He doesn’t need to deal with the public. His interaction when speaking with people is nonexistent. I observed him numerous times speaking to people and he acts as though you’re bothering him. I had a $29.99 oil change coupon. He told me my price was $49.11. I stated I know about taxes but why was the price that high? He said well you know taxes and shop fees. No where on the coupon does it speaks about shop fees. He told me to sign the receipt in which I did. But as he noticed I was reading it, he hurried up and pulled it away from me and handed me mines. He said everything is the same in your copy. I then asked for my keys. He stated the gentleman Ed, who was really pleasant, will bring me the car. Upon waiting for my car, I notice nowhere on the receipt did it show $29.99. Everything said $39.99. I brought it to the guys attention and he said it’s on his receipt. He goes and looks and says oh that weird. Then rushes and give me $10 out the drawer and say I owe you $10. Sorry about that! That was beyond unsettling with me because I feel he was trying to cheat me on purpose

I have been a Midas customer for 14 years.Brake estimates. I was not happy, I asked why the $50.00 wasn't applied to my estimate and the technician advised I received discounts for my brake pads and cannot have additional discounts applied. The prices are ridiculous high. They’re marked up and the workers are saying they’re not. I called two places for a radiator and they were 200 dollars or lower. But the manager told me I was WRONG and they’re all 400 dollars are higher. It was a flat out lie, I called HOMEWOOD Chevy dealership across the street from the shop and they stated a GM recommend radiator would only cost $208… compared to the $536 I was charged. This is a serious issue and feels like I was scammed! Also, I was told when I had previous work done there that they get parts from the Chevy dealership, so why is the price so different? Also, if the parts are bought from the Chevy dealership why isn’t there a possibility of a warranty if the work isn’t done properly or any further issues?

The service representative did not give me options for which oil change service I wanted. Instead he made it seem as if the one I purchased was the only option for my vehicle (which was not true).Also compared to other places the oil change service was too expensive. I also asked that they check out my tires and rotate if needed. The representative came back and told me “You have 2 new tires on the back and two older ones on the front.”… And that was it Well, I already knew that. I just feel the service I received was not up to par given that I paid over 100 dollars for this oil change. I could have gone someplace else and received much better customer service and service in general for 50-60 dollars. I am Very Dissatisfied and will not return to this location.
