There was no resolution the manager checking us in decided he didn’t like my husband’s sense of humor and screamed at us in front of other clients waiting to get out. We did not have a visit he threw us out and was extremely childish and unprofessional he overreacted he has no sense of trying to have a superficial rapport with clients I have worked in management for 25 years I would have been reprimanded for treating clients that way.
They told me what was wrong. Didn’t push when I denied repairs.

The communication of the associates was very helpful, they provided me with an extensive overview of my car’s problems, but prioritized the most important and relevant ones to make it easier for me to plan for my next visit. All of the staff I have dealt with and ownership in the last 10 years in completely gone. Even in the in last two years is completely gone. Even the last owner from my last oil change is gone. When I tried to ask questions about mu low oil to Rob, he got very rude and essentially tried to put it all on me being a bad owner because his computer showed him I hadn't been there in over '20K miles'. I showed him the sticker from my car with the date of my last trip and milage and that I was within the time but he still wanted to fight about it until he finally admited he was somewhat new and his system might be wrong but there was no way he was touching my car or my tire and I was on my own because I had low oil.
They did everything I asked for. I haven’t had my engine tuned up for a long time and they explained what needed to be replaced when they called. They told me what was most important to fix, though I fixed everything. They had great customer service.

I wanted an oil change. It took them over an hour...... I said I think my heat shield is loose or rattling and asked for it to be looked at. Then he said there was no oil in the vehicle and wanted to try and charge me an extra $69.99 to clean it out first. I said I didn't want to. He tried saying they needed to since there was no oil in it. And they put a special dye in it to see if there is a leek. I denied the service. But it took over a hour and a half for 1 oil change. From start to finish. That's ridiculous. The. Tried up charging me and add services. Not professional at all.

First of all, they used the wrong oil for my car, second of all my oil was overfilled by 2 quarts… a very serious problem. When I spoke to the manager he raised his voice at me and talked down to me… I am happy that I received a refund for the oil change but I would like to speak to someone from corporate regarding this experience further.

My car battery was dragging and my car was due an oil change .I took a chance they may be able to work me in and they did this I really appreciated , I didn't want to get stuck somewhere and my car would not have started . I appreciate the time the mechanic took to diagnose the cause of exhaust fumes in the cabin and that they were honest about what they did and didn't notice. It's too early to tell if sealing up an exhaust leak under the car completely solved the problem, but so far the car smells better! I had an issue scheduling online, when I called to check on my appointment they were helpful in making sure I was able to get in at my requested time. As I sat waiting for my car to get finished, the techs helped everyone who came in with service that day or quick checks on low tires.

Train your people to make sure lugnuts are tightened properly. I am sure a total overhaul in training would be beneficial.

I have had extensive front end work done at this shop. They didnt balance my tires or line the car up after installing lower control arms amd ball joints .I specifically asked if this had been done and they said yes . I took it to another shop amd theybsaidnit was so far out of alignment their machine couldnt read it .they had to donot by ey e just together the machine to work. I have been lied to and gotten unfulfilled promises from this shop for 3 years and 3 diffrent General Managers. The only good one corporate ran off . I am now going to another shop ... good luck

MY car suddenly started rattling. So I called Midas and asked them if I could bring it in. They said that they could fit me in the next morning. So I took it in early and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They showed me that it was just a rubber flap that had come loose. They diagnosed it and fixed it in about an hour. They were very friendly and accommodating.

The service was excellent, but the pricing was a bit deceptive. I had the coupon for the $29.99 oil change and tire rotation (synthetic blend), and my bill was $80. Was told after the fact that my car should get full synthetic, and the coupon was just $20 off.

Did not offer tires rotated. Said that they didn’t see a stored code that was later found by advanced auto parts. Also refused to do an oil change for a girl that showed up when I was there. Even though they were open for about an hour more.
Matt made it very easy for me. Scheduled my appointment for me, when I got there the staff was ready and got me in and out with reasonable timing! They even checked tire pressures for me, and looked over everything under the hood. I was very impressed with the entire staff at this location!

i was over 200 miles from home when a tire completely failed. the personnel at this midas location were very helpful in making an appointment and providing 4 quality tires. i would have preferred the same tires as were on the car. however, the timing and the availability didn't work out. they completed the removal of the old tires and installation of the new in approximately an hour. since i live far away, i doubt i will have the opportunity to use that dealer again.
We were satisfied, maybe my wife who was actually at the shop was more than me seeing I was never there but communication over the phone was good. Over an, we were both pleased.
Despite having an appointment, it just seemed to take too long. Also, when my car was finished and I had paid, despite having been there quite some time, I had to wait another ten minutes for my car to be pulled around.
