It’s simple, don’t advertise a price that’s not available. And, then when a customer asked about it or wants to follow up on it, don’t just laugh, actually provide adequate customer service.
The front desk person is really nice and professional, besides very helpful.
Pricing on the invoice is extremely confusing. The details of the total cost, including labor should be clearly communicated to every customer. I was completely shocked when my total bill was revealed. When I asked why the cost was $999, I was then told there were almost $700 in labor charges after the work was completed. The sale was not communicated at all and labor was definitely not discussed. I would not recommend Midas to anyone now or in the future.

Amazing customer service from Michael. I stopped going to this shop a few years ago due to poor customer service but gave them another try when my car completely stopped working and wouldn’t even jumpstart.Michael and his crew have turned this shop around and provided excellent service. Even though I spent a decent amount for the repair I left feeling like I wasn’t scammed and my car now runs wonderfully.It’s also worth mentioning that Michael provided me with a ride to O’Reilly’s twice to get the warranty on my battery so I could replace it with a new one. I feel like there are many places in town that would have tried to make me pay an extra $200 for a new battery. They’re honest and will layout the costs and necessary repairs in a manner that, again, you won’t feel like you’re getting scammed. I would highly recommend coming here now.

I went to this place because I had been here 6 months earlier and had a great experience. When I went back for an inspection I was told that my car needed over $4k worth of work. Since I’m driving to Mexico I wanted everything to be fixed. They fixed everything but didn’t do my inspection. Next call I spoke to Darius who basically hung up on me. Not good at all.

I’m satisfied so far - I only went to your location because my current place had lots of other cars to fix before me. I needed mine fixed asap and you guys are already working on it - y’all can’t do better on anything other than your pricing. If you charge a flat rate for service and it doesn’t take as long as you think it should take to fix it ( based on using a labor rate - that rate calculated by hour should be charged at the exact time used - either call it a flat rate or labor rate, the two are not one in the same and are confusing to most customers when you treat them the same), you should award the customer with the savings. This would make me a lifetime customer and I would know in my heart that Midas operates outs of transparency, integrity and fairness. However, just because there is more to say, doesn’t mean I need to say it. If you really want my expertise, you can give me a job offer. Thanks for reading.

I brought my car in two separate times within the same month to fix my A/C and alternator and each time I left with my car, something went wrong with it a few days after I left. I had to return two times, once to have something tightened that the mechanics accidentally loosened, and the 2nd time because my car started making a noise 1 day after I left and I returned and the mechanics tightened up some wires that happened to be loose. When I returned for these issues (both of which were not issues before I took the car in initially) the mechanics attempted to charge me $150+ for a diagnostic fee for an issue their mechanics caused. On top of this, they tried to charge me $2100 for an alternator and belt tension adjustment, and when I asked 3 different mechanics within the hour after I have Midas the go to start fixing my car, they all said they could do both jobs for $600 or less. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience at Midas, and I definitely won’t be returning.
Stop charging people for fixes they do not need
I was told that my tire could not be repaired and they wanted to sell me a new tire. But I refused. Took it to a different tire shop and they repaired it. Midas just wanted the upcharge and didn’t really even consider repairing my tire. SHAMELESS! Never going back!!!!
