The person who initiated problem did a lot of bragging on being the new part owner and had a bad attitude and refused to do work on car stating needed lug nuts and that it would cost additional 50 dollars and that he wasnt going to install my new tires or rotate them and I wasnt welcome at store anu longer and could go down the street to get them installed went to Childs tire they installed the tires in 20 minutes and said there was NO problem. Initially the problem with the attitude started when his tech went to pull my car in and i asked why the tech had my hood opened and was told my car wouldnt start this was the beginning of the problem..AGAIN
We went online Friday made our appointment was supposed to get a confirmation within 30 minutes either by phone call or email never got one called up to the station was told they couldn’t get us in we called. They got us in on Saturday we took our car up early at 3:30 PM appointment was for at 5:30. We hadn’t heard anything we called up there, at first we get a message saying they were closed called back. Someone answered and said no it’s not done pick it up Monday. This is highly unacceptable. I was without my car all day Sunday I had to borrow a car.
The associate was perfect. Explained about everything, the time it took and the pricing. The wait time was shorter than expected. The staff that I met were super nice. The processes that I witnessed with other customers were extremely courteous.

I set up an appointment with Jason. He was very nice on the phone. I got to my appointment a few minutes early. They took my vehicle in immediately and my inspection was done when my appointment was supposed to start. Fast service and extremely friendly employee who checked me out. Not sure of his name but he was really nice.

I had no appointment, but was offered to wait a few minutes and the inspection of my car was done shortly after that.
We called another dealer 1st and they told us it will take 2 weeks to schedule us in or we will have to drop our car off and come back in a few days. If we came in on the 18th, (called on the 6th) - it would take 45 minutes or so. So we called Midas, they said come on in and only took 15-20 minutes. I was extremely happy. We had our 2 year old son with us so glad they got it done fast. Staff was very friendly and they had toys there so kids can play.

I called first thing in the morning looking for an appt for an emissions/safety inspection on 2 vehicles. Jason told me to come in with the first one and he would work me in ASAP and would take care of the other one in the afternoon. When I arrived, Jason met me in the front to insure my appt and service were followed as promised. Both vehicles inspections were completed without issue or delay. Ive lived in Missouri for four years, and each year Ive had to get an emissions test for my vehicle. For three years, it was a terrible experience at other nonMidas locations to say the least. I was so grateful and appreciative to get an inspection scheduled with Midas as soon as I had hoped. I also had to only wait for a short period of time, and the staff were very personable and kind. I will go back here for inspections and other vehicle maintenance issues in the future!!

I had an alternator replaced 4th of July weekend. Midas told me it was an OEM part and it went out 2 more times. Dillon told me they could not replace it again until starter was replaced. I am still driving my car will a dealer part and the same starter. I was taken for over $800!

Wrote a note that said do not roll down the windows and to manually lock the doors. When I arrived to get my vehicle my passenger side door was not closed all the way. They also rolled the windows down because they had to use a power probe to get it back up. They also had the window motor disconnected. The hood was not latched when I arrived.
You should not take appointments the day before a holiday. Staff need to communicate better and should call when issues arise.

Associate phoned me approximately 2 hours after I dropped off the vehicle, at that time he told me it was the back brake pads that needed replaced, not the front, and that the rotors were good. Another two hours had passed, and I never received a call back saying my car was finished. I finally called them and the gentleman replied that it was ready to be picked up...who knows how long it was sitting there finished, and none bothered to call me to let me know it was ready...ruined my whole day!
My wife brought our car in for an oil change, they got her for an air filter (okay), and high priced fuel additive (not okay). She didn’t understand and I feel like you guys just did a money grab for someone who isn’t car savvy.

had called to schedule an oil change and needed a belt replaced for maintenance. Also had a check engine light that was on. Upon inspection Jason called and informed me that I needed tires. He then told me that they would do a diagnostic on the check engine light. He called again and let me know what was needed. He provided my quote and I approved the repairs. He assured me that all would be done that day. When I picked up the car there was no price surprises has the quote was accurate and I was informed of all the warranties.

My car was not accelerating and the traction light came on right before I exited from 70 to wentzville pkwy. I had been Midas for a safety inspection before so I was able to get my car to your store thinking I could leave it for repair. They were not busy at the time and they checked my car right away and then fixed it. . It took only two hours. So great I didn’t have to leave the car for an extended amount of time. The manager and office manager were so helpful. I will be back for sure.

I was given a time completion of 35mins; which took more like an hour. Don’t mind waiting, prefer to be given a better estimate, even if longer times. Looks better when I’m told it will be completed in an hour and gets done faster, instead of the opposite.

Not have shoddy workmanship. I had a muffler installed 3 years ago and it rusted out at the connection of the tailpipe and muffler. Charged me 269.00 for a repair that was based on their shoddy welding job. I get the truck back and check engine light comes on for an exhaust leak. Go figure. This place is a lousy place to get a car worked on plain and simple. I used to take all my cars for oil changes but no longer. They are incompetent.

Kind and efficient staff. Brought my car to a different shop and was given a diagnosis I did not agree with. Got a second opinion with Midas and I felt like they were fair and honest. I trust this location so much that it is the place I have encouraged my daughter, who now lives 24 hours away, to bring her car and she could feel confident that they will only fix and repair what is needed. Gave me a quote of a possible price depending on whether I needed certain services or not. Bill was significantly less than what was quoted because certain services were not needed once they looked at it.

The staff I encountered was excellent. Very thorough, friendly and professional. Jason was very helpful and took the time needed to assess the vehicle. I recommend new furniture in the waiting room due to the cloth taking on stains that are visible. I was apprehensive to sit down. Chairs that can actually be wiped down daily would be best for appearance, cleanliness and more professional in the waiting room.

I went in expecying to purchase new rotors and brake pads for my car. After the technician performed a brake inspection he determind that I had plenty of life left on the existing pads. He serviced the calipers and changed the brake fluid. This corrected my problem at a fraction of the cost of new brakes and rotors. I had coverage from Car Sheild and I called them and Jason called as well, we were under the assumption they would pay for it but when it came down to it they were a rip off and we had so much fun around with car shield. Work was compleded at the time promised but the oil change was advertised with tire rotation as part of the service however there was a $15.00 charge on the invoice for labor to rotate the tires. ROTATING TIRES is all labor...why would you claim its included with the oil change? I find this to be very misleading.
