We found out that the Midas in Bentonville, AR has now been purchased by a new owner and is now under new management.The previous owners and managers did an excellent job working with us and for us through multiple different vehicle repairs. And most importantly, we felt like we could trust them!Our first experience with the new management has been the same from what we can tell! The main reason we will come back to this Midas in Bentonville is because we believe they are trustworthy and honest people to have servicing our cars.So, we are and will be long-term customers as long as we feel and believe that we are being treated with respect and honesty! And that seems to be what we are getting with the new owner and management and workers there! We have been very pleased in using them for our car repairs and maintenance!
Gave excellent up-front pricing estimates, was open and honest with service times, took extra care to clean the window once they were finished installing the new window motor.
Communicate what synthetic blends you carry so I don't waste my time coming to the shop and being told that the full synthetic was my only option.

Overall, I have not had issues with Midas, but this time I took in my daughter's Nissan Sentra and they basically told us there wasn't much they could do. They still charged us for a fix that may or may not work, so I took it to a Nissan dealership, paid more money, and got the issue fixed. It was a brake sensor.

I took my car in for a scheduled appointment Wednesday morning. I waited for the car to be finished (oil change and brakes) after 2 hours they said they needed to order a part and would call me around 3pm, so I left. I didn't hear anything, so I called at 4pm and they said they still hadn't received the part and would follow up with me. At 4:30pm I called again and told them I needed the car to drive home. I went to the shop and picked up the car. They said they would have the part by Friday morning and told me they would call me when the part was in...Friday morning I heard nothing, so I called at 9:30am and they said they were waiting on the part, but they would call the supplier and get right back to me. I didn't hear anything, so I called at 12pm no one answered, 12:30pm no one answered, 1pm someone answered and said they still didn't have the part and they would track it down and call me right back. I called back at 3:30pm and still no part. I got a call at 4:30 saying the part was in and it would only take 30 minutes to install. I arrived at 4:50. My car wasn't ready until 6:15pm and I was late to a neighborhood party at our house. NOT HAPPY

Dropped off 12/18. The two associates working Monday and Tuesday handled the garage and phones alone short handed. Found my problem, discussed options 12/19. Found parts overcoming problems with vendors. Finished EOD. Picked up EOD. Misfire and call to report EOD. Associates pick up the phone and send help. Immediately check car, run diagnostics, give me a ride home, and take my car back to the garage. Fix my car and call to let me know. They went the extra mile. I know the blend door actuator is a labor intensive process and it was hot that day. Met with the technician who replaced it and he was very friendly and was not frustrated with the heat or the difficulty of replacement
Could not believe an oil change cost $85. But more to the point, they quoted me on brake service (pads, rotors, etc.) and the cost was incredibly high. I took my vehicle to a different service center and got the same service and parts for $700 less. Never again.
Went in to get new brake pads and tried to sell us rotors. Said we needed them. Husband knew we only needed brake pads going in. Bad practice trying to rip off the customer. Won’t be back for anything else.
